Loved our stay here! Kim and Cecily were so responsive and helpful with suggestions. The back yard was fantastic for our dogs and the house gave us enough room to spread out and relax for our month in Fayetteville. Very well equipped with lots of little touches that we really appreciated. We will definitely be back during our next stay in the area!

Kim and Cecily are such kind and generous hosts (and neighbors)! This home had everything we needed and more to make us feel right at home for our extended time in Arkansas. We will be sad to leave, but will absolutely stay here every time we visit.

We has a wonderful stay in Fayetteville. Kim and Cecilys home is well appointed, the location is quiet, beautiful, and close to parks, hiking, bike trails and downtown. Kim and Cecily are super hosts and if we needed anything all we had to do was ask. Don't hesitate if you need a long term rental Kim and Cecilys home is a gem.

Okay if you are thinking this looks like a good place to stay do not hesitate. Kim & Cecily’s home will meet every need. We came to NWA to start a new life and the home on Broadview made that possible. It has a huge fenced in backyard with plenty of trees and grass to make you feel like your out of town yet you are close to everything. This one of the smoothest check in and check outs that we have ever experienced on Airbnb. Thank you to Kim and Cecily they know this town like no other.
