We stayed at Robert's place for a month and it was perfect for our visit. The apartment was comfortable for two, clean, and in a beautiful neighborhood. You're walking distance to everything you need, close to the 1 train, and right by Riverside park. Robert was extremely responsive and a fantastic host - would absolutely recommend!

I stayed at Robert's place for a month and Robert is a really great Airbnb host who makes sure you are happy. He lives a block away so he helps with any issues quickly and at flexible times. Most of the issues I had were out of his control. Pros: - Extremely comfortable bed - Very convenient location. H-Mart 5 mins away, the 1 subway train 5 mins away, and many food options nearby - Well stocked in general - furniture, umbrella, laundry cart, etc. - Fast internet - Curtains block out light very well Cons: - Per the description, it is a 1900 townhouse, so it's not well insulated in terms of sound. It's right next to the building entrance, so you'll hear the 2 doors slamming one after another multiple times throughout the day. The garbage cans are also right in front of the windows so you'll hear those opening and closing too. The steam heating pipes are also quite noisy - The bathroom door doesn't quite fit in the doorway so you have to slam it shut - I had a package stolen here

I had the absolute best time staying in Roberts Air Bnb for the past 6 weeks. As a young girl staying by herself, I was looking for somewhere safe and comfortable. This place met those needs and then some. I felt incredibly safe on the first floor and enjoyed not having to walk up steps at the end of the day with groceries. The place’s kitchen is awesome and it was overall more spacious than I expected. The location was phenomenal, right next to Riverside park. The block itself is historic and gorgeous. It is safe and quiet at night with people walking dogs. I enjoyed local spots like Absolute Bagels, Serafina’s and Cafe Du Soleil all within walking distance. It is close to the 103rd street 1 subway stop. Robert was in communication with me if I ever encountered an issue and was quick to problem solve. I have stayed in NYC a number of times and this is by far my favorite spot ever. It is pure magic. I give this place my highest recommendation. You will love it!

Comfortable apartment. Responsive host. Wonderful neighborhood, one of our favorites in all of Manhattan. Close to the subway. Riverside Park is so close. Riverside Church & Grant’s Tomb within a short, pleasant walk through Riverside Park. Walked through Central Park many times on the way to many great places. Bagel shop that’s so good people will stand in line for an hour. Felt safe at all hours. First floor apartment. It wasn’t cheap, but for the price we got to be in an absolutely amazing neighborhood.

Robert’s place is great - nice, spacious, actually a little larger than the photos sugggest. It was really clean and comfortable and also the bathroom and kitchen cabinets were well stocked for a long stay which is a really nice touch. Robert was a very responsive and helpful host who made me feel at ease. You are on the ground floor so there is some noise from the entryway but it tended to be quiet at night and the street is pretty tranquil. The area is great - it’s nice to be close to riverside and central parks and Columbia university is a very short walk away. I recommend the delicious bread at Silver Moon Bakery and also Banh, a local Vietnamese restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.
