Good budget place but keep your expectations grounded. There is some noise from highway but not much at night. Not much close nearby for food but there is sari sari across the street. Air con was good and swimming in ocean just 200 meters is possible. Beach sand/rock is near black in color but water clear. Few around beach but it is kind of trashy. Coming from roxas city, you can take shared van from terminal, get off highway and take trike (150 peso) to batan port, to dumaguit port. (50 peso). Then trike to this listing (100 to 150) Those ports are off the beaten path but really worth a look. Ferry takes 10 minutes and goes pretty often. I think its faster than going to kalibo and traveling back. If coming from ceres bus depot kalibo or airport, trike ride is possible to unit from that direction too. Host and caretaker were great and helpful.

Small simple room but with good and new kitchen utensils. All was fine except that the foamy mat is too thin and low quality

This is a delightful studio type bedroom. The place is clean, cozy, and the bathroom is hygienic. The location is 15-20mins away from the airport, hence accessible. There are stores nearby and the host was responsive, friendly, and accommodating.

It was so great! The place is sparkling clean. They are very hospitable. They have everything we need. They have grocery outside the main house and a computer internet cafe. It is true that the beach is just 3 minutes away. It's just a quick walk. Beach is so relaxing! Thank you so much!
