OMG!!! The beds were so comfortable!! Did not want to get out! It was so nice to walk into the property and already have the heater going on a cold day. Thank you!!!

The back yard is very spacious! Had good two nights! Just one little tiny thing, it was hardly to open the windows to get fresh air! Otherwise, all good!

We had a lovely stay at Trippypossums House. The house was spacious, and fantastic for our 2 dogs to run around in the yard. Tracey was very easy to work with and we'd definitely recommend staying.

The house was great, everything we needed. It was very clean, the shower was amazing and huge backyard - good for hanging washing!!

Firstly, Tracey's listing is a very nice looking period home, ornate features and plenty of room. The quality of photos do not match the quality of cleanliness both inside and outside. Cobwebs everywhere, large roaming spiders inside the house, an obvious pet smell upon entering and pet stained mats and carpet. We understand that it is advertised as a "pet friendly" space, but cleaning should meet a standard. Food scraps left on table placemats, outside table not clean with previous tenants drink marks. Old supermarket meat tray left under outside TV unit. Dangerous broken concrete in back yard and under patio with weeds and unusable grassed area due to dry/sharp dead grass. Certainly not worth the money you pay for a place that you would like to feel comfortable in and have full and safe access as described by the hosts.
