We rented the place for about the month; our experience has been nothing but excellent. The issues other reviews have highlighted were not faced at all by me so take them with a grain of salt. The place is quiet, safe and has excellent connectivity, with St joseph and septa bus stations a walkable distance away. The internet is also fast, and one can easily stream or do video conferencing. The common areas are well kept and easy to use. The kitchen is clean and well kept and all amenities are available. The host and her son both are very helpful and are always available via text or call. I would highly recommend this place for both short and long stays. This is going to be the place I will book if when I come back to Philadelphia.

Construction surrounding the house was loud in the morning. Had trouble finding the location due to road closures/construction surrounding the house. Had to park on a different street.

You don’t want to stay here if you need a private bathroom. There are many guest or home owners and the bathroom is busy and not at all clean! The tub wasn’t cleaned and it was very slippery. The bed sheets had not been washed as there was hair and dirt on the bedsheets from a previous guest or not washed sheets. Hosts or anyone is not friendly at all. You have to remove your shoes and go to the rooms. We are very particular about cleanliness (as it was described) and we didn’t like the stay at all.
