Charlotte’s place was perfect. The location is great for accessing the Smokey Mountain National Park, Pisgah National Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Our plan this trip was to see Mountain Laurel in bloom and we were not disappointed; when we pulled onto the property we were surrounded by lovely Mountain Laurel. The property is beautiful with an incredible garden. Our accommodations were lovely and very comfortable. We have been coming to Franklin for a number of years, it is a lovely place to visit. We hope to come back to Charlotte’s place in the future.

We enjoyed our stay with Charlotte. Perfect for weekend away for two. Lots to explore in Franklin and The Highlands. Peaceful and beautiful home.

We loved every minute of the stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking and the garden really complimented it. There were plenty amenities to match our needs that really went above and beyond. Our host, Charlotte, was wonderful, from sweet and kind to proactive and supportive. She made sure we were well taken care of during our staying. If I could be honest about my rating I would’ve given it a 10/5 stars. By far the best vacation of my life!! Thank you charlotte :)

The place was very comfortable and clean. It's exactly as pictured. It's so peaceful here and there is a beautiful mountain view out of the entrance doors. It is about 20 minutes to town and about 30-40 minutes to get to local hiking areas. I appreciated all the thoughtful touches and supplies in the rental. Charlotte is very friendly and responsive - everything you would want in a host!
