An absolutely beautiful villa with flexible and accommodating living space. Also a great location for beach (20 mins by car), water park (15 mins), castles and mountains (15-20 mins). The villa is 5 mins walk to a friendly village with shops, pharmacy and a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants. The garden, grounds and pool are stunning, with ever changing views of the Gran Sasso mountains. Finally, and most importantly, the hosts, Flora and Giovanni, are the most wonderful couple. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. They made our holiday with wonderful suggestions for places to visit, delicious local food and a tireless energy to ensure that everything worked to perfection. Thank you for everything!

The villa was very nice and clean. Flora was very friendly. Unfortunately we could not stay because of miscommunication. I thought entire house and pool were for us but the owner lives also there.
