作为旅行的最后一站，本来是满怀期待的，没想到居然是噩梦的开始... 房间与图片一致，但是是在一幢比较破旧的楼里与旁边的房子成了鲜明对比。大家可以提前用google maps看一下街景图。 房间没有冷气，仔细看了下房东描述，嗯，是写的有暖气。房子里面比较闷，由于在一楼也不敢开窗睡觉，最后在储藏室里发现了两个电扇。 没有停车位！！！描述了路边免费停车，晚上8点左右入住发现公寓对面路边有空位就直接停车了，早上发现了罚单93刀，万幸的是车没有被拖走。对于非当地人并不知道红线不能停车，并且晚上洛杉矶黑的比较早当晚入住时也没有发现。灰色区域可以停车的位置我入住的两天根本就没有空出过，周围的停车场上午结束后下午都关闭了，所以也不存在可以停车过夜了。由于找停车位发生了小事故，最后联系了道路救援，在洛杉矶的最后一晚都在处理事故。 希望自驾的朋友可以注意一下，希望对你们有帮助。 As the last stop of the trip, I was full of expectation, but I didn't think it was the beginning of a nightmare. The room is the same as the picture, but it is in a rather shabby building with a sharp contrast to the house next to it. You can take a look at street view ahead of time with Google maps. There is no air conditioning in the room. I read the description of the landlord carefully. The house inside is more stuffy, because in the first floor also dare not open the window to sleep, finally found two electric fans in the storage room. No parking space!!! It described free parking on the roadside. When I checked in at around 8pm, I found an empty space on the side of the road opposite the apartment and directly parked. In the morning, I found a ticket of $93. It is not known to non-locals that the red line is not allowed to park, and it was not noticed when they checked in at night in Los Angeles. The gray areas were empty for the two days I was there, and the surrounding parking lots were closed after the morning and afternoon, so there was no parking for the night. I had a minor accident because I was looking for a parking space. I finally contacted road rescue and spent my last night in Los Angeles dealing with the accident. Stayed here for 1.5 months. Great location, clean, comes as advertised. Margo was very responsive. The price for what you get is pretty incredible.

We are very disappointed with Margo’s place. It needs maintenance and deep cleaning. The common areas like corridors and laundry was also dirty. The kitchen ware were rare and the pots and pans were full of scratch, which we couldn’t use them. The towels were old and worn. The listing is inaccurate. I had to clean the kitchen first night before I could use it. Next day I hired a cleaning lady . Margo told me that she will pay it, but she didn’t. We waited 4 days for airbnb’s decision. We have been refunded for the rest days. Then we moved to an other place. It was the worst experience. Only positive thing is the location. One block from Venice beach. In the heart of Venice.

The apartment is in a fantastic area, five minutes walk to Venice Beach, few minutes walk to Venice Canals, there’s a vegan grocery store on the block if that’s your thing, 10 minutes walk to restaurants and other grocery stores and 15 minute drive to Santa Monica. Great location for the price. Hosts are very helpful and responsive when there was an issue with the lock box code on check in. The area is safe, the apartments are quiet and smoke free. Parking wasn’t too bad in the area, we managed well with it. Apartment is basic but pretty well equipped. Heaters kept the place nice and warm, the windows open for some ventilation. Sofa bed I would imagine not ideal to use for longer a stays but everything worked for us well while we were there.
