Great location and cozy apartment! I stayed for a month and would rent again. Location is central to everything, the building was quiet and I felt safe. Ben was very responsive and the apartment had a lot of great touches.

Ben's place is an an excellent location, very close to downtown Charleston and also not very far to other tourist areas like Middleton Plantation, magnolia gardens etc. The apartment/condo is very large with 2 BRs, nice living room area with dining table and a small kitchen. The couch is a sleeper so could easily sleep 5-6 people comfortably. Neighborhood is quiet and there is a good bike/walking trail not too far from the place. The apartment is a little dated as far as decor but still has a very homey feel to it. Ben was quick to respond with any questions we had. I would recommend his place for a visit to Charleston
