This was the perfect location for an event in downtown roanoke. Neil's place is a 10 to 15 min walk to downtown roanoke near Elmwood Park. For someone looking to explore the city or for an event I would recommend this place. It is equipped with a toaster and microwave but no stove top. This was not a problem as Roanoke has a lot to offer. I thought it might be odd to have other quest share the common areas and bathroom but everyone was respectful and kind. I would return to Neil's place

This was a nice place to stay and clean. Neil reached out asking how my stay was and I can ask him if I needed anything. I recommend staying here if you are needing a place while relocating or in town for an event. Place was as described.

Neil’s place was very lovely. His place had substantial room & furnishings including two ninja’s which were perfect for coffee in the am. I loved the quaint home like feel that the house gave. I felt so at home in Neil’s place, that I almost forgot it was a rental. The place was super quiet as well. He apparently had other guests staying in other rooms, but I never heard or saw anyone my entire stay. I felt like I had the place to myself. This was a perfect location to downtown, a local gym, breweries, coffee shops, entertainment, & restaurants. I loved the bedding as well. This is my new secret spot that I hope to continue to come too. It’s a secret that I might just have to keep to myself. Thank you Neil for being a wonderful host. I also appreciate that you stocked the place with waters, coffee, creamer, & honey. I hope to be back in the near future.
