If you usually book with Airbnb Superhosts only, this is the place for you. Seriously. I have my own place on Nantucket mid-island, but decided to book this downtown location for a long weekend with my daughters and their friends. It was amazing. The rooms are well appointed with super comfortable beds, high end bedding (Frette), high speed wi-fi, tv with cable, well functioning a/c, heat, fans, a desk/work space if you need to do some business, generous closet space and sparkling clean and modern bathrooms (Toto toilet bidets... hello!). But on top of that, the owner (Forrest Smith) is a sweetheart. He's very well organized, so he's responsive to emails and texts, communicates everything you need to know about getting there and check in, and has plenty of helpful tips for island things to do if that's what you're looking for. The second floor has a landing area with a small fridge, Keurig coffee machine, complimentary coffee pods and waters, and coffee cups and wine glasses. Anything and everything you need-- if you want to have an early morning cup of coffee before their 8-10 AM breakfast, or a before or after dinner glass of wine in your room. And speaking of their complimentary breakfast-- it's great. Lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, bagels, toast, eggs. All in all, a place with great hospitality, amentities, commucation, facilities, and thoughtful touches. I will definitely stay here again.
