We had a lovely time (despite the weather’s best efforts!) Daphne & Ron were just the right balance of available & allowing us privacy. We really appreciated Daphne’s proactive effort to provide age-appropriate toys for our children, and the welcome basket & cake was a lovely touch. Thank you!

We have had a fantastic week staying at this property. Daphne and Ron greeted us a warm welcome and were available throughout our stay if we needed anything at all. The house was fabulous, clean, comfortable and spacious. The area is perfect if you want a quiet rural base from which to explore the area. Just 25 minutes from white sandy beaches and 5 minutes from Villedieu - a pretty town with a fabulous weekly market. Daphne and Ron were first class hosts from our initial enquiry and right through until our departure. We would not hesitate to recommend this idyllic holiday home.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour en famille. Daphné et Ron ont tout fait pour que nous soyons à l'aise, de l'accueil, à l'attention portée aux enfants. Très aimables et disponibles, nous nous sommes sentis incroyablement biens dans leur charmant cottage, qui était très propre, bien aménagé et décoré avec goût. Bref tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Brilliant stay! We genuinely couldn't fault either Hazeltree house or Daphne and Ron's hospitality. They made us feel welcome and at home from the minute we arrived. The house is comfortable with all the amenities you could want inside and in the garden. My son really enjoyed playing with all the toys Daphne had left out for him to play with, while the grown-ups tucked into the yummy homemade cake and welcome basket. There is plenty to see and do around the area and the house was a great base for us to explore from.

Hazeltree House is a beautiful holiday home with all amenities: a large kitchen equipped with all utensils, a cozy living and dining room, beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds, all sparkling clean and lovingly decorated. In addition, there is a great garden with shaded seating areas, sun loungers, a barbecue and a pool, in short: you will find everything you need to feel at home on holiday! Thanks again to Daphne and Ron for your warm hospitality and delicious welcome basket!
