Accueil sympathique par Alan anglophone. Appartement destiné à la location de court-terme, donc beau et reluisant avec décoration soignée et finitions de qualité mais avec un petit déficit d'âme: prévu pour 4 personnes donc 4 chaises, 4 verres et 4 assiettes, pas une de plus. On sent que personne ne vit dedans à ces petits détails. J'avertis les personnes sensibles au bruit: l'appartement étant situé à proximité de 3-4 cafés, il y a du bruit jusque 0h30-1h et les camions arrivent à 6h-6h30. Mes enfants ont bien dormi mais j'ai été obligé de recourir à des bouchons d'oreille.

We had such a wonderful stay in Cortona! Alen was a great host and very communicative. The apartment is the perfect size to relax when you’re not out exploring. We loved being in the main piazza and seeing everyone from our window! It was the perfect location to be in the heart of the city. Be aware that if you are a light sleeper or plan to sleep in late, you may want to stay further away from the square as it would get loud in the morning.

We moved to this location for the last 5 nights of our stay in Cortona. Its location is a few steps from the office where you get the key and right off the main square. Gloria was very accommodating in letting us check in early as we were checking out of one of their other properties. It was a compact space with one bedroom of a larger size and a pull out in the living room. Our family of 4 found the it to be very suitable for our needs. There is a small kitchen and one bathroom with a washing machine outside the door. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The location can’t be beat but it was a bit noisy in the mornings with all the shops getting set up for the day. It didn’t bother us but is something to be aware of. It’s well stocked with towels and used the washing machine. We can’t say enough good things about Rent and Gloria who was very responsive to all our questions and booked us a taxi to take to the train station the last day. Overall an excellent stay!

Appartamento nel cuore di Cortona, molto pulito, ben arredato e munito di tutti di tutti i confort. Unico neo da segnalare è che dal primo mattino arriva molto rumore dalla piazza sottostante. È un piccolo scotto da pagare per vivere in una delle piazze più suggestive dei borghi toscani. Il soggiorno è stato perfetto!
