we had a huge amount of trouble getting started and getting in. first we had to sign to contracts outside of Airbnb which of course I didn't spend 5 hours reading. but this whole process of signing additional rental agreements is really tiresome. then they wanted us to unlock the doors electronically, which involves downloading an app, put in this code and that code, standing on your head and clicking your heels together three times. of course, check-in wasn't till 5 pm, for some unknown reason and by that time phone was nearly out of power, so charged it up at local bar and tried to get in again and of course it didn't work. I have alot of experience of these electronic locks and generally they always cause problems. spoke to the neighbours and they told me that regularly people can't get in and in their words "they have seen people waiting 3-4 hours outside". so it wasn't just us. and anyway I am pretty good with tech and so is Victoria. it gets worse and issues dragged.

Cannot fault very clean. A little smaller than photos suggest but perfect for us and as described. Lovely villa in a quiet area which for a break was exactly what we were looking for.
