Although we were informed that a baby cot was available, the one provided was broken, leading us to forgo its use. A positive aspect was the owner's prompt response to our request for a baby chair for meals. However, two bedrooms had a musty odor, which guests will notice. While the staff were amiable, I am profoundly disappointed by the owner's baseless accusation regarding a damaged iron, which we never used nor noticed to be defective. The owner has relegated all management duties to the hotel staff, who may not thoroughly check the condition of all items before guest arrival. Despite the unsatisfactory condition of room N003 and the unwarranted accusations from the owner, the hotel staff were exceptionally courteous.

Kagure has very nice apartment that is modern, clean and near a lot of amenities. The apartment complex is secure with plenty of amenities on site. Kagure was very responsive when an issue was raised and followed up with me to find out the issue had been successfully resolved. I will definitely stay at Kagure’s apartment when I next visit Nairobi.

Kagure’s place was very nice, clean and the staff were all very polite and helpful. All in all, my short stay was pleasant and relaxing.

Kagure's home is truly a home-away-from-home. We had a great time and the staff, Liz and Fiona were amazingly helpful. I will certainly stay here again highly recommend this accommodation to friends and family.
