This property is absolutely FABULOUS. My kids and I had the most special Thanksgiving holiday here! The view was fantastic and the hot tub was a hit. We loved the fireplace. The nature trail was the best. We are so glad we chose this Airbnb!!!
Positives: Location was great, views outstanding, and upstairs bed was very comfy. Meredith also did their best to remedy things as they came up, which we appreciated. It was just a bummer to have to deal with so many issues while on vacation. Negatives: Issues with the Nest thermostat- it was locked and blowing cold air with no help from the front desk until the following morning, even though we called at 6pm and spoke with their night crew several times for assistance. Good thing we brought beanies and they had lots of blankets too. We also had a plugged bathroom sink on arrival, a malfunctioning tv and no direction on how to operate things now that Meredith has gone completely digital. Thankfully, they sent maintenance out for the tv and sink once I called, and I’m fairly tech savvy so figured out on my own how to operate and lock the keyless entry door from the outside. The joining condo that shares an internal door also only locks from one side, so be aware that one guest will always be able to enter into the other’s condo by design. We walked in on the neighbor in her bedroom the first night unknowingly, which was a bit awkward. Luckily, we became quick friends and she took our word that we would not enter her condo since she couldn’t lock it from our side. Very detailed and strict contract/rules as well, so be sure to read carefully beforehand if you decide to stay.

Beautiful condo with amazing views. Very cozy and comfortable layout. Really warm and inviting. Very supportive staff as well. Excellent location close to central Bend, and super close to a beautiful stretch of River. Highly recommended.
Great space for a family of 4. Beautiful view, plenty of activities for kids, can’t beat the location of being close to town and with Mt. Bachelor right up the road. This was our 4th trip to Bend and our favorite accommodations so far!
