These apartments are infested with German cockroaches. The owner says that he fumigates every so often, but that obviously does not remedy the issue. The apartments are also very dilapidated in general - the doors barely close, there are water stains and wood bloat from water damage, the glass windows are cracked (the cracks are taped over with paper), the kitchen cabinets are broken, the toilets barely flush and run for hours and the refrigerator leaks pools of brown water. We initially planned to stay for two weeks but left after two days. Suheil was responsive and offered to repair these issues, but the problems are clearly structural. This is one of the most expensive listings we found in the area. There is no value attached to that price.
