Nice private place, we enjoyed our outdoor breakfasts watching the wildlife around us! I recommend a car with a little bit more ground clearance to have an easier ride to the place on the last couple hundred meters.

Great location away from all the hustle and bustle! Easy to find with Kolin’s instructions! If you are looking for a jungle retreat that will allow you to feel fully immersed in nature and the rainforest, this is the place for you!

I really loved this place. Its tucked away in a beautiful jungle area, Kol was an amazing, friendly host and even put some bits in the fridge for my arrival! Thanks. I'd definitely return here. Highly recommended :-)

I had a great stay at Basen Davie!! Kolin was a great host, as a solo female traveler, he was very attentive, making sure that I felt safe and comfortable on my own. He was always a short message away and very hospitable. As for the home, it is even better than the pictures! The location is somewhat rural from the main road so I would recommend having a car or taxi take you, but being immersed in nature is like no other. Cooking breakfast in the morning to the music of the birds and the stream running under the house especially after rainfall is so peaceful. The river is next door, a bit of a trek down but worth it. I’d definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed Kolin's place. The outdoor kitchen and patio were peaceful places to relax. Kolin couldn't have been more nice!
