Chad’s house location is amazing. He’s not joking when you have sunrise to sunset views. The house is thoughtfully designed to match the environment. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The position of Chads home is incredible, the most amazing sunsets over the estuary and the beach is literally 50m walk. Our family had a stunning time. Thank you Chad for the wonderful stay

The views from the house overlooking the lagoon and the sea are spectacular. It is very peaceful and relaxing sitting out on the deck and listening to the sounds of nature. The design of the house also provides protection from the wind. The house unfortunately needs some serious maintenance-the sea air is unforgiving. Furniture needs to be replaced as some pieces quite worse for wear. We expected the linen to be a bit better quality. The kitchen does not really cater for people on the shorter side and is poorly equipped for a self catering holiday. It would be great if there was a dishwasher. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

Very peaceful and tranquility is best to describe. Isolated and private, yet only 10km from the hussle and bussle. (Salt Rock) and +~ 14km from Ballito. We had best of both worlds. Breathtaking views from the main room, top lounge, dinner table and deck with pool over the river and ocean!! Amazing sunsets! Very short walk to a massive private beach and main beach is not even 3 mins drive. Chad is very helpfull and his response time on Q&A is great. Rebecca (house keeping) was friendly and thorough with her work. All and all Great place for whatever your need is!
