The accommodation was very light, spacious& comfortable - perfect for our little dog - it was our first time taking her away with us so we were a little nervous about her destroying things but the whole place was very dog friendly and she loved the space to run around in. The views were simply beautiful and visiting at Easter we were surrounded by lambs, daffodils and bunnies in the garden! Our welcome gifts from the host were very generous and much appreciated! The local pub (The Castle Inn) served a wide variety of food from pies to Thai cuisine and the food was delicious. The hot tub was the cherry on the cake. We would love to visit again as the weather was not kind to us so we didn't get chance to take advantage of any of the local walks and we need to return to the The Castle Inn to try out more from their wonderful menu!
A lovely week away the private garden and hot tub were amazing. The cottage is very spacious for 4 people. beds and towels were provided and a few welcome goodies/games.
Had a great stay here! Hot tub is fantastic. The wood burner was a great addition. Check in / out was easy.
Lovely place to stay, clean, airy and beds are very comfortable! The hot tub was a lovely treat for me and my daughters and we used it a lot. Diane is very helpful and accommodating, we were welcomed with some lovely bits (easter egg, chocolates, milk etc) There is wifi which was needed as we couldn’t get a signal. If you are needing taxis these have to pre booked but we didn’t have a problem contacting in the morning for pickup a couple of hours later. There are some lovely pubs with great food about a 10 minute drive away in the little town of Knighton, there is one closer but we didn’t go in that one.
