This peaceful haven exceeded expectations! The quiet location offered stunning river views and grazing cows, a delightful escape from city life. Nhat was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel instantly welcome. The apartment itself was charming, surprisingly spacious, and impeccably clean. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

My husband and I had the BEST 8-day stay in The Bohemian apartment at The Present Home in Hoi An. We couldn’t have been any happier! The location on a tiny, quiet street overlooking the river and palms was serene. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable, with a kitchenette which is not too easy to find, a comfy King-size bed with 100% cotton linens, great shower, and so much light and fresh air!!! And Phuong, the host, is the most kind, considerate, generous, and responsive host! We found it easy to use “Grab” or a taxi to the big A Bang beach and to the ancient town for brunches, lunches, and dinner, even coming and going twice in a day. It’s very inexpensive and quick. There is also a highly rated, delicious restaurant within about a 5 minute walk, called Son Hoi An, as well as a coffee shop. We would have LOVED to stay longer in The Bohemian! So, when it was booked by others, we DID stay, in the 3rd floor apartment called Mindful Stay. We love it there too!

We absolutely loved our stay at Phuong's place! The vibe is just amazing and we loved the surroundings - river on one side, and a small rice field on the other, you hear the birds chirping and often see a buffalo right outside the window - truly magical. Her place is also just an incredible value and for us the quiet location, a few minutes drive out of the center, was really perfect. Phuong arranged a scooter rental for us and also had a few free bicycles to use to get around. The apartment was also very clean & if you stay longer, weekly cleaning is included. Internet wasn't super fast, but definitely good enough for our online work. We enjoyed our stay so much, we ended up extending several times. Highly recommended!

I spent a week in the apartment, and will certainly stay there again. The position is just idylic, peaceful, overlooking coconut palms, on a branch of the Tu Bon river. And yet just a few hundred meters from the Hoi An-Cua Dai beach road. Phuong is a helpful, wonderful host who makes sure everything goes smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone wishing a taste of the Vietnamese countryside, especially for a longer stay.
