Sharif is honest and upfront about his offerings. For the price, the place was functional and private, internet was excellent and high speed with plenty of connections, power was functional, A/C was always functional and kept the room cool in the hot summer, and the kitchen had utensils and facilities for all kinds of cooking. Laundry facilities were also functional. Most notable is that although nothing is perfect, and he will meet you more than halfway with respect to cleaning up the house, Sharif always responds promptly and typically solves any issues you have within 24 hours of messaging him. Because Sharif is so careful about screening his guests, housemates are generally quiet, keep to themselves, and are courteous and clean, decent sorts. Although I can't speak for him, for good guests like me, he tends to work with you very easily with respect to rules, which are strict up front, but mostly to protect himself from potential exploiters. Overall, the stay was great.

I stayed at this place for more than 2 months during my exchange program, and I was really pleased with the cleanliness and the availability of enough furniture for a comfortable long-term stay. The host was extremely helpful and always responded promptly (within 5-10 minutes) whenever I messaged him through Airbnb. Personally, I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and clean place with all the necessary furniture.
