We had a small women’s retreat there and loved the front porch for morning coffee, walking the roads & the fire pit. The coffee bar area was a huge success with the ladies.

This house was so comfortable. It was everything we were looking for. It was way better stocked than any other place I’ve stayed. Sara was so kind and accommodating. House was so cute and very will taken care of.

Sara was an amazing host very responsive and kind. We had issues with a tire and her husband even came over to see if we needed help. very good people. I seen reviews about the "cleanliness" of this home. Inside yes its dusty HOWEVER this beautiful home sits surrounded by dirt roads so I feel like it comes with the territory there's no way to prevent that. I have zero complaints. We had Lots of our children with us there was space, blankets, pillows, towels anything we needed was there. plenty of room to run and play. This home just feels "Loved and Peaceful" I would definitely recommend. Her house rules are common courtesy rules nothing crazy. There's a little local grocery store up the street easily accessible and very friendly. If your looking to get away anywhere by hutchinson with or without children this is a great place to go to collect your thoughts and enjoy the peace and quiet GO here! Thank you Sara!

This place was absolutely wonderful. It was close to everything we wanted to do while visiting the are but also very private and secluded. The host was super easy to work with and responded to questions immediately. The house had lots of room for our group of 9 with pllenty of beds and bedrooms. The coffee bar in the kitchen was so perfect with lots of coffee, tea and hot chocolate options. Our entire group loved this extra bonus!! Also an extra bonus was the puppies from next door that came to visit. The teenagers in our group loved them. We would definitely stay here again!!!
