This property has a lot of potential to be a great and cozy place to enjoy a family time. Unfortunately, we had a lot of issues that prevented us to fully enjoy our vacation: outside garbage bins overflowing at arrival, strong wet dog smell at arrival, not enough dinnerware and no glassware for more than 4 persons, expired dishwasher detergent, no kitchen towel, wipes or napkins, theater room code did not work, pool water to high on chlorine and pH not safe to use (it gives us rashes and even discolored hair, so we had to test the water to understand what was happening), no working vacuum or any proper cleaning tools, bath towels old stain and holes. Manny was very responsive and try his best to help us and I really thank him for his time. The house really needs some updates!

What a space! Great indoor heated pool. Pool, ping pong, air hockey, movie theater. Clean house. Perfect place for kids of all ages. And very responsive and friendly host. Our second time going here, and far from our last!

This was our 4th stay here but the 1st time in winter (previous 3 were summertime). As always, the swimming pool was PRISTINE and our grandchildren all swim like fish so it was perfect! The hot tub was a new addition for us and was loads of fun. There was snow on the ground, near freezing weather, and yet we were outdoors in our bathing suits enjoying the soak. Amazing! We look forward to returning - we love this place!

Nice place - clean, big, and exactly as described including the amenities! We spent most of our time in the theater room watching movies because of the weather. Its pretty private too and close to civilization. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Wally's place. To find a space like this so close to NYC felt almost magical. It made for a great quick getaway from the city. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities, and my entire group felt comfortable with plenty of space to stretch out and do things together or explore their own adventures. There was a thunderstorm that knocked out power to the house/local area for a few hours, but we got in touch with the host who provided lanterns and kept us updated, and enjoyed extra bonding time in the pool until power came back on. We also enjoyed exploring the area, and visited Storm King Art Center and Angry Orchard, which were both 20 minutes away from the house. The group was already talking about making this trip a new tradition!
