Casa Colibri was a great house. We traveled with three children 11-5 years old. Pool was fantastic. Arnaldo has a great property to chill and explore just 10 minutes from fortuna. Several nearby Sodas and markets. Tons of wildlife. Gardener was great and cleaned pool and grounds daily but gave privacy whenever you’re around. First time in a while that a rental home exceeded expectations for the price. Would stay again. Gated property with a few large homes, walking paths, maybe a sloth if you look closely. Had one issue with entry lock and it was fixed within minutes.

Beautiful, clean, spacious house close to all the La Fortuna activities. The house felt very private and we were surrounded by nature. The pool is so nice and we enjoyed watching all the birds outside our windows. About a 15-minute drive from downtown La Fortuna, but it is an easy drive and was no problem driving that route at night. It was nice to go back to a quiet retreat after a busy day of adventuring! The hosts were very responsive and the gardener went out of his way to show my kids the sloth on the property. Highly recommend.

Great place. So enjoyable and peaceful for my husband and three kids. We loved the pool and the spa-like bathrooms. The gardener showed us where the local sloths live. We also saw macaws and heard howler monkeys. The host was very responsive.

Great place and really nice grounds. Sloth lives really close to house and gardener showed us exactly how to get to it 😊

Our family of four loved the place. The house is spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked. This place could easily accommodate two families. We spent a lot of time in the large covered patio by the pool. The property is beautiful and on our second day we were greeted by a sloth and two Macaws. La Fortuna was only a short 15 min drive. Grocery store conveniently located just 3 min drive away. We would definitely come back!
