Very big villa, with a great outdoor terrace with a view of the sea. Very close (5-10 minute drive) to Scicli with its beautiful old town centre and amenities. The house is spacious and had more than enough space for two families to share. Best of all was the welcoming and responsive caretaker, Franco, who was very kind and helpful.

This location is ideal for large groups, who want to relax by the pool or beach and explore southern sicily (by car!). The pool and garden is spacious, there are two coal bbqs, one of which is really new. The bedrooms are adaquate and while 2 bathrooms are very modern, two are a little bit old fashioned and cheap (but still fine). The place has two kitchens, enough to cook for large groups. However, the non-stick pans are run down, maybe because there are no plastic spatulas. There is only one cutting board and the knives are dull. The living room is also quite small and only offers couch seating for four people, but since we were outside all the time this was not a problem. The caretaker of the property, Franco, is very nice, forthcoming (sometimes overly so :)) and helpful concering activies. Overall, I recommend this location a lot for younger people who want to have a nice and affordable villa!

We absolutely loved the house, which is roomy, cool and with plenty of places for everyone to go: the jasmine-scented terrace, the poolside, under the shade of the most beautiful old tree. . .it's the perfect holiday villa. We would love to come back.

Hele familien på 11 trengte en stor privat villa. Denne var perfekt til det formålet. Meget fint utemiljø med solsenger, basseng og pen utsikt! Vi var her i 12 netter og villaen fungerer veldig bra, aircondition på alle rom og soverommene har hvert sitt bad. Bil er et must her for villaen ligger tilbaketrukket like over byen scicly. Vil man bade på Stranden er den bare 10 min unna. Franco som var Kontaktpersjon var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom. Og vi ble godt ivaretatt. Anbefaler å oppleve denne fantastiske villaen!
