Der Aufenthalt war absolut okay. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Jedoch herrschte gerade Hochsaison in Rincon del Mar und daher waren die Preise angehoben und es war in der Umgebung, aber auch in der Unterkunft sehr laut durch andere Gäste. (ab 7Uhr morgens lautstark Musik angemacht). Da alle Räume oben geöffnet sind, bekommt man alle Geräusche der anderen Gäste mit. Es sind mehr als 50m zum Meer und vorallem mehr Meter zum Strand, wo man sich hinlegen kann. Im großen und ganzen war das Zimmer gut. Wir hatten einen privaten Balkon. Ein Mosquito Netz gibt es nicht, aber wir hatten unser eigenes dabei.

the location on this listing is wrong when trying to find it. it's not a major issue as the village is very small but I did need to receive extra instructions from Saul. on arrival it quickly became apparent that my room was very basic which usually I don't mind. pros of this listing: very cheap location to the beach is OK. (the village is very small though therefore most places have good location) cons of this listing: almost every day at some stage there was zero water. I had to go and ask the lady to turn the water on from the outside. this was very frustrating. the bed does not have mosquito net and there's no nets on the windows either therefore I was bitten A LOT and it was very humid. i decided to leave 1 day early and notified Saul as I was entitled to some refund. on requesting this, he rejected it twice. Airnnb said it's up to the discretion of the owner whether they honour a refund. I know this listing is cheap but basics like water and a net should be available.

Just to keep i mind, No ATM"s, No pay"s w/cards. Bring Cash. Some mosquitos, bring Repellent.
