Très jolie Villa, très fonctionnel pour des vacances en famille. Nicole est très réactive et sympathique. Jolie piscine, climatisation très agréable. La maison est très bien équipée, aucun vis à vis dans le jardin/ piscine. Petits points négatifs : les travaux dans le lotissement et les moustiques, mais ces points sont indépendants de votre volonté. Sinon peut être la literie qui ne convenait pas à certains d’entre nous. Mais sinon tout était très bien, nous avons pu passé de très belles vacances grâce à cette belle maison, merci beaucoup.

The house is a nice, newly built north facing house close to the beaches. It has a nice (heatable) pool which during our stay in October was an excellent addition! House has three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms in two and one close by. Everything inside works quite nicely for entertaining the people. House is located quite close to the beach (10-15 min walking distance, though walking is by the road). The beach close by has some restaurants. Nearby there is a bigger road that can be used to easily drive to bigger cities if city visits is necessary. Some kind of buses also go close by to Alicante. During our stay, there were some construction sites close by. These construction sites worked from Monday to Saturday from morning to roughly 20:00. Some were almost complete, others were not.
