Our eclipse stay at EOS Farm was perfect! to clarify, we stayed on the upper floor of the main home. The bottom floor is occupied by an older couple who were sweet and friendly. Chris asked us to avoid the downstairs area, which was fine with us--we had access to a mini fridge, microwave and common area at the top of the stairs, which got us through our 2 night stay just fine. We had free roam of the grounds, which were lovely and peaceful. We got to meet and feed the pigs, and met a lovely barn cat named Pookie. The whole family was friendly and were kind enough to share some food with us on the day of the eclipse. They respected our privacy and were not overbearing. Chris was prompt and responsive. We originally planned for 6 people, but had a late 7th addition to our party. Chris was flexible and offered an air mattress. Overall, we had a great time and I would stay here again!

We loved staying here! It was a great arrangement for our family. My boys loved the bedroom with the twin beds & skylights. It’s so spacious and quaint and having that huge bathroom with a seating area was an extra plus! It was the perfect farmhouse to stay in, much more relaxed and personal than a hotel. Such a beautiful place & space!

Chris' place worked perfect for trip to Eldora Speedway. We were greeted by the couple downstairs upon arrival, unfortunatelyI can't recall their names, but they were very nice!! We will stay again if the need arises! Thanks

The host had a great response time and was kind enough to make some accommodations to the booking. One miscommunication did occur on the number of people allowed within the facility, however it very well could have been an oversight on my part. The host was very nice about letting us know and politely asked us to cut the number of people within. I suggest going over rules more thoroughly than I did while booking 😅

My family and I had a wonderful stay at EOS farm. The location is rural, very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds, grapevines, and creek. Entry and parking are easy, and Chris is quick to respond to any questions. Pictures do not capture the charm of this place. The upstairs is so lovely with big rooms, great views, and comfortable beds. We felt very welcome and would highly recommend staying here!
