My wife and I spent a few days at Desideria's place after needing to find new accommodations on very short notice. She turned around the flat in less than two hours and allowed us to check in early. The place itself was terrific, and very very quiet. She also thoughtfully laid out some coffee and snacks. We would definitely return.

Our flight to Bari was 2 hours late which meant we arrived Lecce very late at night but Desideria waited for us and made sure we were comfortable Her apartment is superb -extremely well appointed and comfortable, very convenient for thetrain and buses and right inside the old town so convenient for restaurants Thank you Desy for your excellent hospitality Peter and Ian

Desideria's place is in a lovely peaceful street, literally minutes away from all the lively historical areas of Lecce. Some beautiful Baroque churches are on your doorstep, as well as pleasant cafes, restaurants, everything is within walking distance, yet when you return home it is an oasis of peace and quiet. This was also true on a very busy Saturday night when the whole town comes alive with many young and old people filling restaurants and bars in every square and street of this beautiful Mediterranean town. The ground-floor flat is cool, nicely furnished and has two bedrooms with two bathrooms - perfect for sharing with another friend or another couple. Desideria is very friendly, warm and welcoming; her response rate is measured in minutes, a perfect host. I can highly recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay in Lecce. The location of the unit is fantastic and it is a lovely and comfortable place. Desideria was a terrific host.

Staying in the old town of Lecce was absolutely fantastic—what a wonderful city! We had excellent communication with Desidera, and the apartment was exactly what we needed with its two bathrooms, which was very important for us. For a longer stay, having a washing machine would have been helpful to take care of small laundry items, but overall, everything else was superb, and we highly recommend this place.
