I used to live on the island so I know how old some of the units are. This was not the case here, it was updated and furnished nicely. The location was far enough away from the public beach accesses that you didnt feel crowded on the beach. The ability to rent the umbrella and chairs from the office was efficient. There were multiple pools if you wanted to avoid crowds. It is right behind one of the best breakfast spots, and just a great location in general. The distance to the beach was great, the boardwalk across the dunes was nice. It felt like home. I would move in and stay forever if I could.

We just stayed at this amazing condo on the beach. We absolutely loved the place - location, amenities, staff. Beds were comfortable and kitchen fully stocked. Smooth express check in and easy-breezy check out. Walking distance from restaurants, shopping and immediate beach access. Very responsive front desk staff and Franke Rentals representatives, helped us with beach umbrellas (booked it with front desk) and general questions, like location of trash receptacle, etc. Overall, highly recommend Franke Rentals and this particular condo. Planning to be back next year!

Beautiful condo and the views were spectacular. Easy access to pool and beach and close to cute shops. The condo building is going through renovation so be prepared to see construction mess but for a long weekend stay, still 5 out of 5 stars for the beautiful views and easy access. Frankes Realty was easy to work with and very accessible to questions.

Wow! What a view! We were specifically looking for a beachfront rental for our Thanksgiving holiday and the view did not disappoint! The unit itself was sparkling clean and much better looking than the photos. Our family really enjoyed our stay and being right on the beach. We will definitely be booking again during the summer :)
