Mila's place is absolutely stunning. I love the semi-outdoor bathrooms that make me feel like I'm in nature. The place is clean and everything was functional. The open kitchen, along with the living room and dining area, has everything we needed, making it a great place to cook, eat, relax, and hang out in general. The pool was nice and clean. Mila was great with communication before and throughout the stay. The location is perfect: less than a 5-minute walk from the main street with all the bars, shops, restaurants, etc., yet you still feel isolated from the hustle and bustle in the villa. I highly recommend this place!

This is a great villa, a little set back from the main street with bars and restaurants and about 5 mins walk to a Circle K for any supplies. The meter on the electricity ran out one evening, but was quickly solved by Ketut, the driver, who sent me a code to put into the meter. Just glad this happened when people were awake rather than in the early hours when the aircon would have stopped and become unbearable. There were a lot of mosquitos in the master bedroom's bathroom, and a giant pantropical huntsman spider in one of the other bathrooms (but that was quickly dealt with by a shoe). The cleaning/cooking staff were so friendly and nice, as well as the ladies who came to do in-house massages. wifi was strong, pool was great.

The place needs full maintenance work. The electricity mains kept regularly tripping (in one night it cut off 10 times and we had other regular power trips) for the 4 out of 5 days we stayed. Mila and the villa manager did not take my requests to get this fixed seriously when I raised them on day one until we got Airbnb to intervene. The villa manager did not attend even once to look at the issue himself despite the stress we were having. Lies were said about this being the first time it happened (see previous review). There are holes in the roof of the master villa outlying house and there are huge gaps in the wooden villa where the roof and building connect as well as throughout the whole timer construct. There were stains on bedding linen. Only 4 wine glasses for 8 guests (this was remediated). Leaving this aside, Mila was very communicative and the housekeeper Komang was excellent and had it not been for these issues mentioned, the place would have rated much better.

Needs a clean We were an all female group and did not like that the bathrooms were open to the outside and villa next door could of climbed the fence and entered our bedrooms as no locks on doors between the bathrooms and bedrooms. Didn’t feel 100% safe and definitely could not leave money or passports there. Bathrooms, Kitchen, dining and lounge area all open and not air-conditioned lots of mosquitoes. Two of the rooms with thatched roofs were not cool and there were holes in the roof, not sure what would happen if it rained. Power tripped several times and the Airconditioner in one of the rooms stopped working we had to continuously turn the power back on ourselves at the electric box which was in a dark store room at the back of the property. Store room needs to be cleared to be able to use washing machine. Villa needs a deep clean cracked tiles in pool are dangerous. Dishes are stained and it was not up to our standard of cleanliness. Been to Bali 6 times would not stay here again.

Milavila was a lovely place to stay, rest and cool off in Seminyak. My family loved the pool, and enjoyed the indoor outdoor design and open plan. Mila was clear in her communication regarding extras (breakfast and airport transfers) for staying a certain amount of nights. There was some confusion around booking these however. Komang the manager and Komang the housekeeper were friendly and helpful. We were very happy with the location and access to beach and restaurants including good coffee at Kopitoko. Mila vila is peaceful and pleasant. The washing machine and water cooler were great to have as well. Thanks for our stay🙏
