Situated on 5 acres of beautiful Texas countryside, our home boasts a spacious covered patio complete with a cozy firepit, perfect for enjoying a warm evening under the stars. Nice property - very clean and spacious. It was private and secluded, yet still convenient to shopping, restaurants and other local attractions.
This place was superb!!! My dad grew up in Ledbetter and he didn't have a clue what an AirBnb was however he love it at 89 years old. My family used this retreat to get focused... We loved it !!'
Comfortable stay, everything was great. Close to Round Top. Host very responsive.
The house was perfect for our Girls Weekend in Roundtop. Just a short drive to all the fun. The house was so spacious, spotless and decorated so cute! We enjoyed our stay so much and hope to be able to book again in Spring 2024!

A short 12 mi. drive to Round Top. Round Top has many festivals through the year including Antiques week & Wine Festivals.
Round Top is also the home of the the Round Top Festival Institute. The James Dick Foundation for the Performing Arts and its sole project, Round Top Festival Institute, were founded in 1971 by world-renowned concert pianist James Dick.
