My husband and I have stayed at Stefan's and Karolina Cozzy Studio for 5 days. Communication with Stefan was nice and easy and he always responded almost immediately. They always wanted to be sure that we were feeling comfortable. Great quality of bed sheets and towels. Closet to hang dresses and shirts was fine. The only thing we could have used was a dresser to keep other clothes. We used our suitcase to keep other clothes for that matters. location and neighborhood was great. Very pleased!

It was a great 3 night stay in a very quiet and nice location. The apartment was as described and Stefan was always reachable and super quick to respond - we really enjoyed the stay! Only (minor) downside - the AC is controlled centrally and cannot be set specifically for the holiday apartment - however, Stefan even offered to adjust it for the entire house. Highly recommended.

Stefan was super responsive (probably the most responsive host we've ever had) and even sent a text to check on us when we had not replied to his instructions to make sure everything was okay. The studio is exactly as pictured and included a few extra touches, like water bottles in the fridge and a couple of snacks. My two caveats are the water pressure in the shower was slow (Stefan apologies for not mentioning this while we were there in case there is an issue, the sink pressure was very strong) and you can't control the temperature in the apartment. On that there is a very strong ceiling fan which was whisper quiet and worked really well and Stefan was very accommodating in reducing the temperature for us on request.
