This is an amazing little spot in Radium! The house is so cute and spacious, and the air conditioning is an amazing bonus on a hot summer day. This space has two well appointed bedrooms and a third bed in a little enclave upstairs. There is a huge porch which looks out to a quiet area. The complex itself has lots of amenities, and the beds were comfortable. One thing to note is wifi can be spotty, even though we purchased premium wifi. This is no fault of Wayne... the complex is busy and lots of people logging in and off I'm assuming! This would not make it a good choice for a working vacation, but for anyone looking to spend a couple of days at the beach I highly recommend!

Such an amazing place to stay for a family trip! We had two families of 4 in the house and it was very comfortable. The value, cleanliness, amenities and the wildlife right in the resort, made this trip so memorable! We will definitely be back and recommending Wayne’s properties to friends and family.

Great space for 2 families to stay together as a base. Nice clean space. Amenities in the condo complex were a bit dated (fitness gym and pool) but still very functional. Would definitely book again.
