Our stay in Ailish's place was perfect! The location was absolutely beautiful driving in through the Gap of Dunloe and well worth the time it took to reach the cabin. We were able to visit the Ring of Kerry, Killarney, and other nearby sites very easily. The cabin itself is extremely cozy and well-suited for a romantic getaway. Cooking in the cabin was easy and the bread left out for breakfast was exceptional. We had a great time staying at this location and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful home-base to tour the Killarney/Ring of Kerry area from.

Lovely warm, cosy and private cottage nestled in the valley. Wonderful views. Great phone signal. Has everything one needs. Ailish is very helpful and a wonderful host.

My god this place was magical. My husband and I enjoyed our time here immensely and cannot wait to come back!! I’ve travelled quite a bit and this place may be at the top of my list! Ailish and her family were so kind and helpful, everything was amazing! Thank you Ailish!!

We spent two days in this wonderful cottage , Perfect for hiking in the Black valley . Spoke to no one for two days which is the rest we needed. The cottage is picture postcard perfect . Lovely touches of home made bread on arrival and logs for the fire . Ailish is a great host and would highly recommend . Philip and Tim.
