Overall, we had a great stay on this villa and would recommend it if you plan to go to Puncak. Villa review: The villa was located inside Kota Bunga Puncak, it was pretty spacious, the bedroom, bathroom, and dining table was just the right amount for us (6 people). The plants on the terrace might looked a bit overgrown, but the inside of the villa itself is very clean and comfy. Clean towels and praying mats are provided, but the soap dispenser is not working (doesn't dispense soap even though there's soap in it), I recommend to bring your own toiletries as it's not provided when we stayed. They also provide us with mineral water gallon and sufficient kitchen utensils, I recommend to wash them first before you use it. Every ACs in the bedrooms are working, however the AC in the living room doesn't blow any air when we turned it on, but you can open the doors and window to make the living room colder. There's also a small backyard area that isn't on the picture list - you can't do much on the backyard though, maybe just a smoke break. The host: The communication with the host was good, I was a bit worried at first as my message on the app isn't replied, but she was very responsive and helpful if you contact her by WhatsApp or call her through provided contact number. The surrounding area: The area has the coldness of Puncak, it was also quite and peaceful. Even thought you won't get the view from inside the villa, I recommend you to take a walk inside the cluster area as you will see mountain and hills from outside the villa. It was also nice walking on the complex area but there's a lot of vehicle passing by, so it'll be more peaceful walking inside the cluster. You'll be fine if you forgot to bring household items as there's a shop that provide it nearby, a pretty complete one too (I bought sugar, dishwashing soap, eggs, even sandals). You can also get food in the complex area although the options might be limited. Some street vendors will pass over the villa in the morning offering uduk rice, siomay, fruits, etc, we got some chicken porrige for breakfast by buying it on the neighboring cluster. There's even a person that offered to wash our car for Rp20,000.
