Great place with lots of character. The kitchen is well equipped and the gas stove is nice. Bedroom A/C's are window units but they work well.

It was a great vacation, first time ever staying on Man O War. As always, the people on my morning runs waved and said good morning. The little grocery store had just what we needed or had a craving for. The island hopping for perfect, and sunsets unreal..We will be back for sure.

Enjoyed our time at pirates den!! Would recommend to rent a golf cart with the rental.

Wow. Man O War Is a picture perfect island well hidden from the hustle and bustle of regular life. We had the opertunity to stay at "The Pirate's Den" this past two weeks and it was a perfect little cottage to stay in. The A/C was Ice cold the two days we needed it, and the others we choose to take in the fresh air with the many large windows the home has. We brought in a lot of food for our stay, and the home had a large Fridge/Freezer that held it all with ease. The Kitchen stove as really a treat as is was a commercial grade unit that my wife loved! The owners had everything ready for us, start to finish. They arranged a ride from and back to the airport, and a person on the island to help us get all our stuff to the house from the boat. We opted to get a golf cart for our stay and I'm very glad we did. I think we spent at least 6 hours a day at "The low spot" or the narrows as we used to call it, and it would have been quite a walk without it! My wife says "The beach chairs for the win!" We lived in them, and it was nice that the owners let us use them for our stay. I couldn't be happier with our stay!

Everything was great. Julie was very helpful and responded very quickly. Everyone on the island is very kind and extremely helpful. Would very likely be back. I loved the open feeling of the house. Generator was great for those occasional power outages.
