Newly decorated studio apartment Leon is situated on the ground floor of the apartment house and it is suitable for 2 persons. It consists of a kitchen at the entrance, bathroom, living and sleeping room in one with exit to the balcony with nice relaxing area. A swimming pool is available to all guests. Wifi is available, parking is next to the house. Enjoy your stay in this good location, so close to the pebble beach and lot's off summer activities!

Really nice and clean apartment!
Great flat. Lovely stay with my partner. Beach is a small walk away and the pool is bigger than the images portray! Hosts were lovely and accommodating.
Super Lage 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Auch der Pool am Haus ist top. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
Lordan is a cool guy. Everything was uncomplicated and communication was relaxed. It's very dog friendly and a great location. Top facility and very clean and quiet. We were very excited. Always my pleasure. We recommend. Sandra and Carla.

Hi I'm Lordan. My family and i live in Banjole, Istria. We have a house 150m from the sea and we rent 4 apartments in this house. there is a shared swimming pool. we are easy going people and we will do our best to make your holiday nice and relaxing. I'm always available on my phone.
