We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Del Mar! The house had plenty of room for our family and all the kids. The location was great, just a short drive to an amazing, quiet bayside beach. Del Mar communicated very well and made the check in process very easy. The only thing I would say is that the house, specifically the carpets were a little stained and did not exactly look like the pictures. The house could use a little updating here and there, but overall it is a great space for a vacation.

The location is ideal. Lovely marshes, local bay beaches, just wonderful. The space in the home was also ideal for our group. Large kitchen and room for 8. We did find the house much more worn and run down than expected and than it appeared from photos. one room had a huge rip in the rug where we could barely close the door. Furniture was uncomfortable, beds and pillows in particular. Bathrooms and kitchen faucet had an iron smell I haven't found in other Cape homes. Overall we loved our stay and the location was ideal. Del Mar was very responsive to inquiries. For the price would have liked and expected a bit more updated and well kept home. Also no flexibility on check out and crew came even before check out time to start on the BBQ outside so just be aware of that.

Del Mar was amazing to work with! The first time we tried to use the grill it was broken, and the next morning we had a brand new grill!! Everything was as described in the listing. The house was clean and neat without owners’ knickknacks, a beautiful home with tons of space & a/c. In terms of value, I do feel it was a little overpriced compared to other places we stay each year on the Cape. The home could use some freshening up (carpets, paint, stove) given the weekly summer rates. The location is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and serene. It was awesome for walking and the bike path is directly across Route 6. Del Mar is fabulous and we are already looking forward to booking next summer!!!! The house also had a screened in porch, an oasis in itself. Thank you for everything!!

The house was the perfect fit for our large family! Plenty of space and accommodations. Close to the water with amazing views, private and clean. DelMar was very responsive with the issues we had at the house. We would definitely come back to this spot!

The house was just as described. Very clean and the bedrooms were all very comfortable. The location is great and views are stunning. We were lucky to have beautiful warm weather for our April stay. We look forward to visiting again next year!!!!
