The best thing about the place is the location. It’s literally a few minutes walk to Miami Beach. The service was pretty good overall. They offer you a free drink the day you arrive. They also provide you with water bottles and beach towels everyday. Their breakfast is actually pretty good with multiple food options and drinks, unlike some basic continental breakfasts. The only issue we had was that we found bed bugs in our room the first night in the Villa building. We immediately informed front desk and they provided us another room. They also charge you a cleaning and maintenance fee, however do not provide room service until the 3rd day. You have to request additional towels and toiletries, etc.

great place to stay to walk to everything. beach is a block over, night light and restaurants are all around. the location is everything. read the rules before, you pay the rate on airbnb then when you arrive you pay the daily resort fee, plus a 4% tax. I would stay again - it’s convenient and safe.

Recently stayed at the President Hotel. Although the employees are great, and making up for the venue in every way, the hotel itself is lack luster. It does not match the photos and the pool looks like a different building. The location was nice, but parking was not great so I wouldn’t recommend having a car. My friends also stayed at the hotel and found a very large roach in his room the first night. Although the hotel was not what we expected, we had a good time and the employees were fantastic. If you’re looking for a cheap stay, stay here. Just be aware that it isn’t as perfect as it may seem.
