Setting : The house has a loch view to the front . The beach is further than we’d understood from the listing (‘beach front’ ) - 40 minutes brisk walk along farm tracks through fields . Lovely farm setting Erica was a lovely welcoming host and always helpful. She even arranged for a piper friend to play for us on our last evening ..which was especially touching as I’d a friend over from Sydney .

Saorphin Cottage in the Isle of Mull, Highland, is truly a gem. This beautiful cottage accommodates up to eight people, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The moment you step inside, you're greeted with warmth and coziness. The owners, Erica and Chris, are incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that your stay is nothing short of amazing. The surroundings are breathtaking, with picturesque views that make you feel like you're in a fairy tale. Our kids had an absolute blast here, exploring the area and enjoying every moment. Saorphin Cottage is a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, offering tranquility and relaxation in abundance. We can't wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay in Tigh Mohr for my birthday in January. Erica was a lovely host, giving us really clear instructions and welcoming us on arrival - including with some sweet extras! She cooked up a generous fish platter for us on request, a real treat. The accommodation is lovely, with a spacious living/dining room and good bedrooms - perfect for a small group like ours staying over a week. The house is set against the stunning backdrop of Loch Assapol and surrounding hills, with a short walk down to the remote but beautiful Port Bheathain. Easy access to the surrounding area via the A849. Would definitely return again.

I was working in mull and used Saorphin Farm as my base, what can I say but the host, location and accommodation is simply a slice of heaven. From the very first moment we arrived Erica & Chris made us feel like family, they couldn’t do enough for us, Erica is the most amazing cook and fetched us dinner a couple of evenings which after a long day at work was most welcome, and the Sunday lunch she made wouldn’t have been out of place in a 5* Michelin Restaurant, the lamb was simply Devine. Anything we needed they was there on hand to ensure we had the most amazing time even if we was on the island for work. The pictures do not do the accommodation justice, I had the pleasure to look at all the properties and they are spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard, with all the amenities you could ever need, Erica has the upmost pride in her hosting and this clearly shows. I cannot thank Erica & Chris enough for everything. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. A************

Lovely place to stay. Erica is an amazing host and cook!!! Meals hilght recommended. The cottage was perfect and the surrounding are absolutely stunning! Definelty would return.
