AVOID!! horrible experience ever! They give us a flat without windows. It was like a basement, the only way for air was the doo. As we arrived I did not reach anyone, the host left for a party left key at the door and put my name on the door = No checking or guidance. there was no cell reception up there and wifi was a joke. I &my husbands took shifts in the night at the door so that the other one and our two children can sleep (with the closed door there was simply no air in the room, the kids could not sleep). The next morning I asked the host for help, she replied me at lunch time i was already down the mountain to make some calls outside, when I came up she said she cannot help me i should contact Isabelle Belvilla. Guess what, Isabelle is not available, i contacted the SOS thier job wasnt solving my prob- I had to leave in the middle of the night for a better place and my claim for refund is not worked by Isabelle. they ruined our vacation and has not refunded me yet!

C'è stato consegnato un appartamento molto freddo; abbiamo dovuto insistere per due giorni per ottenere un riscaldamento accettabile, nonostante pagassimo 10 euro al giorno di riscaldamento in più rispetto a quanto richiesto per il soggiorno. Il riscaldamento funzionava bene, ma ci veniva acceso molto tardi così la sera eravamo al freddo, mentre di notte il riscaldamento era alto ed eravamo costretti a spegnerlo per riuscire a dormire. Finalmente al terzo e ultimo giorno abbiamo ottenuto una temperatura accettabile serale. Inoltre nel sito il riscaldamento era inserito nell'elenco dei servizi offerti, mentre la richiesta dei €10 extra al giorno era scritta proprio in fondo alle informazioni della casa fra le scritte in inglese. Per il resto tutto bene: c'è stato gentilmente concesso un check-in molto prima di quello dichiarato sul sito; la casa è modernamente arredata e la cucina comoda e ben attrezzata; i letti sono comodi (anche il divano letto); il contesto è interessante.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Gastgeber sind zuvorkommend. Die Anlage ist gepflegt. Die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist schön, mit Blick auf den See, gepflegt und zeitlich uneingeschränkt benutzbar. Zur Lage: Es ist näher an dem (erlebenswerten!) bergigen Zone als an der Uferstadt Marone.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einer wunderschönen Umgebung mit einem grandiosen Blick auf den See. Das ganze Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist ein tolles Highlight. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und kümmern sich rund um die Uhr um ihre Gäste. Auch Hunde sind willkommen. In der Umgebung kann man wandern, klettern, baden und sehr gut essen. Vielen Dank für den wundervollen Urlaub, wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen!
