Phil and his family were so welcoming from the get go. We arrived to a very smooth check in after a long journey, and were taken away by how stunning the accommodation was. In beautiful countryside surroundings with views of Borthwick Castle, we couldn’t have asked for more! We enjoyed great walks in nature from the house and being just 30 mins a ways from Edinburgh City Centre, we were close enough to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city, without compromising the peaceful countryside living. Thank you to Phil and his family for being very gracious hosts, we will definitely be back!
