The view from the apartment and the terrace was absolutely amazing, the swimming pool was great. You can walk to the city centre in 20 minutes but it's rather steep. But we were disappointed in the apartment itself. There was an obvious issue with dampness. There were 3 dehumidifiers in the (small) apartment, but these don't seem to help. There were also 6 bottles with fragrance sticks to camouflage the smell of the dampness, resulting in a rather unpleasant mixture of the sweetness of the fragrance sticks combined with the smell of damp or even mould. If you're sensitive to unpleasant smells, then this might not be the place for you. We expected more service for the price you pay. There were no dishwasher tablets, there was no washing-up brush, no detergent, salt, pepper etc. These are all simple things which were provided for in other, cheaper apartments we stayed at, which help make your stay more pleasant and which may be expected considering the high price of this apartment.

Fantastisk udsigt - måske den bedste i Sorento. Man har udsigt til hele Golfo Napoli, Vesuvio og Sorento by og man kan næsten se Capri fra terrassen. Du kan ikke undvære bil - det er umuligt. Med bil kan du nemt nå Sorento centrum på 10-15 minutter med fantastiske restauranter. Adressen er ikke retvisende, i G-maps skal man søge efter "Villa Giada" - vi fik fejlagtigt oplyst adressen Nastro Verde 26, Sorento.
