Cute little cabin in a family run resort. We were there on two cold early season days. Wish mother nature had cooperated so that we could have tried out kayaking on the river. Everything is well maintained. Cute lakefront beach area that is perfect for families with little ones.

We had a great stay at the Northwoods Resort! Very clean cabin and host was responsive and gave great local revommendations. We also had a great time on the Paddle AuTrain kayaking adventure offered by the resort.

We really enjoyed our quick stay at the cabin! It was super cozy - we wish we could’ve stayed for longer. For others visiting, I would recommend bringing bottled water as the tap water is well water and has a strong iron taste.
