Perfekte Lage direkt am Strand, Supermärkte etc. direkt gegenüber. Ausstattung der Wohnung absolut ausreichend. Laute Musik 6 mal die Woche, also eher nichts für kleine Kinder. Im Hochsommer wäre ein Sonnenschutz für den Balkon nötig, da dieser auf der Südseite liegt.

Tolle Lage, große Wohnung, wir waren allerdings nur zu zweit. Die küchenausstattung ist für vier Personen unzureichend. Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer dann aber zu kalt zu sitzen. Schlafzimmer dadurch viel zu warm. Man muss zweimal täglich das Kondenswasser leeren, unzureichende Technik. Eine Bar spielt sechs Tage die Woche bis zum Teil nach Mitternacht laute Musik. Die loggia volle südlage ohne Sonnenschutz. Nur bis 10.00 morgens und ab 18.00 zu benutzen. Super Essens - und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Kostenloser Parkplatz 5 min zu Fuß ok. Alles in allem zufriedenstellend

Perfekt boende i Alcudia, rent och fräscht i lägenheten. Du har gångavstånd till bra restauranger och stranden utanför dörren. Lägenheten har alla bekvämligheter du behöver under din vistelse. Snabb feedback från Foranvila. Vi kommer boka denna lägenhet igen!

It’s very large, right above an almost empty chunk of beach and lots of nice restaurants. Family friendly and safe. Very much enjoyed our time there.

Great apartment. We are a family of 4 and the apartment was a really good size with 2 separate bedrooms. The balcony and living room overlook the beach, as well as the bedrooms, and the view was lovely. You are right in the heart of Alcudia beach resort with restaurants and shops literally on your doorstep. The long beach front on one side and the promenade, restaurants and marina on the other side made it a perfect location for those who like convenience and a bit of hustle and bustle. Will definitely recommend, and will book again if we come to Alcudia again. Rose
