Overall a nice stay, the accommodation is as described in the presentation. Small but nice swimming pool, nice patio ideal for having dinner outside, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The only downside was a non functional air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms, that our host was not able to fix during our stay.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Unterkunft. Positiv hervorzuheben sind der toll temperierte Pool und auch die super ausgestattete Küche. Wir hatten die Unterkunft vor allem aufgrund der Möglichkeit für Zwillinge ausgewählt. Wie zusätzlich gebucht, standen zwei Reisebetten und zwei Hochstühle mit ausreichenden Handtüchern bereit. Der Check-In war sogar etwas früher möglich, wofür wir sehr dankbar mit zwei Babys waren. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und lädt zum spazieren ein. Einige Kleinigkeiten müssen jedoch angemerkt und auch kritisiert werden. Wir haben auch nach vier Tagen noch keine Rückmeldung erhalten, wo wir den Müll entsorgen können, was bei über 30 Grad und sechs Personen nicht schön war. Dann waren beide Badezimmer nicht abschließbar und die Tür zum kleinen Badezimmer überhaupt nicht zu schließen. Als Familie kein Problem unter Freunden evtl aber nicht so schön. Abschließend war das Haus teils doch schon sehr abgenutzt (Badezimmer) Sonst aber wirklich super das Haus

We had a wonderful weeks stay at this beautiful villa. It is such a great location,walking distance to Cala Molin beach with a few lovely bars and restaurants. A small supermarket and pharmacy also in walking distance,however a car means the 5-10 minute journey to Pollença makes this an even better location. We visited with our two young children (5 months and 2.5 years) and cannot rate this highly enough for families. The company who manage the villa organized two cots and two monitors, the pool is a great size for children (more of a splash pool) enclosed garden and with it being a bungalow it was perfect. All amenities included and great WiFi. We would so highly recommend this villa for a great holiday and would love to return.

We loved our stay at the villa. It was big, clean and everything was there. Also the quick communication was good. The swimming pool pomp had an error and was peeping very loud. In a couple of minutes the host responsed and later on there was someone at the villa to help. Clean towels in the middle of the week was a big plus as well and also the beds where nice. We would recommend. One small thing that would be nice should be to offer guest to check in early or at least at 14.00(we had 2 small baby's and the day at the beach was long after we arrived at 8.00 in the morning..). Thank u Vince for your help! We had a lovely holiday!
