Nice apartment, location is lush and peaceful, but with no handbook for the flat, we were rather lost. No wi fi password available!! Spare sheets and towels need to be in an obvious place, we don’t want to endlessly message the host. For the high price far more effort should be made. I would not recommend staying here with small children as the host is rather rude and questioned us about a dirty sheet. Lovely appliances in the kitchen but can you use them?? I think the host would rather you didn’t.

A tastefully decorated, high-end condo with all the amenities that you need for a stay in Istanbul. This was a family vacation with my son and sister, and all of us were very happy with the location, beds, comfort and communication. The location is great with easy access to shopping, transportation and quick walk to the seaside path for walking, running or just enjoying the park. The unit is very safe, quiet and quite spacious. Two bathrooms are modern and large. We will stay here again when back in Istanbul and highly recommend it. Merve is a wonderful host.

Great location. Walking distance to Suadiye Hotel, and all good restaurants; walking distance to seaside and playgrounds for kids. Merve was very friendly and was promptly available for any questions or needs. I would most likely stay at this place again without any hesitation.

Warm and responsive host who offered us a modern apartment that was secure. There are three bedrooms with one having a double bed the other two single beds. Be prepared to pay extra for accompanying adults- for example we had to pay an extra US$90 to the host for having an adult that exceeded (three adults) that we had originally planned to travel with. The host charged us US$15 per night for the fourth adult. Great apartment otherwise – may need to contact host in advance to clear up more closet space and remove some of the owners personal items from bathroom to make it feel more like home for the guest.
