房子就建在山堐边上，很有山城的格调，风景很美，离古城中心不远，停车方便。房东很善良，留给我们很好的印象。

Maria's place was easy to get to and easy to find free parking. Also we were able to walk or drive to all the sites we wanted to visit. She provided us some delicious food, drinks, and next day breakfast. We really appreciated that. She was very response to our questions. We are highly recommended her place and will stay there if we visit Matera again.

We found this apartment to be of excellent value. We were able to locate parking and easily explore Matera from this location. Rosaria was an excellent host and even had a few Easter treats awaiting our arrival which our children enjoyed! While most of our stay was exploring the city, we found ourselves enjoying the balcony view in the evenings. Would recommend.

we had a great time in Matera. The apartment had everything we needed. living area was spacious. Bedrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Maria Rosaria is a great hostess, she used to bring us food for breakfast everyday and she always asked for our preferences. I would recommend Maria Rosaria's place to anyone. it is a walking distance from the historic centre of Matera and also to the shops. Thank you Maria Rosaria and her husband for making our stay memorable.
